What my Scripture Wear clothing line means to me…..
I love my Scripture Wear clothing line, and what it stands for! With my strong spiritual beliefs, and from what I have experienced myself and what I have witnessed others experiencing – the healing, comfort and power that scripture has done for them, I just wanted to somehow share the Word with others. What better way than to share via a product line where my customers can customize everyday wearables with their favorite verses?
The bible’s Ephesians 6:10-18 has this to say:
“Put on the whole armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. I know that the Word is living and true. So I thought why not really put on the whole armor of God by wearing it. With all the evil that is going on around us in the world today, by wearing the Word it would be a symbolic way of putting on the whole armor of God and spreading the Word of Jesus.
